My wife was impressed immediately with this product as it causes her to sweat off so much more water when she is either walking or doing aerobics. She reports that the garment is very easy to put on and take off, and is very comfortable when worn. It has helped to secure her back when bending and doing crunches. Just a great product all the way around.
