Extremely versatile & seemingly solid product. I've not had my Select Tech 1090 dumbbells long, but was really impressed with the design and the smooth transition between weight ranges. These are the perfect compliment to any serious exercise routine ( P-90X ) or such programs. Must have for anyone who is looking to tone, or really pack on some real size and strength. I would Highly Recommend this product.
