                I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. This machine moves like a dream and easily supports his 6'1" 260lb physique. The attachments are self explanatory but in the case that you don't get it, the many dvds that come with this total gym should set you straight.
                Best part is, only 10 min on this machine is a workout!
                The price may seem steep, but you can't beat a lifetime warranty on ALL parts and the frame, plus Hayneedle's prices are great. And unlike the 1800, the XLS is endorsed by both Chuck Norris and Christy Brinkly.
