        I called Hayneedle and said this product was shown with a rubber bottle to protect my floors. The gal said she would get back to me. She never did! I was going to send the one I got back and ask for the right one. I suggested the website be changed.

          I use the CAP kettlebell in the privacy of my home. It is my second. I prefer it because of the ease of handling due to it's almost perfect design. It compliments my weight training. With proper guidance, you can strengthen your core more than ever before. I work in Public Safety and the development of my core strength could make a difference in a life or death situation or if I get to go home at the end of the day.
