I am recovering from an injury and needed ankle weights. I used to use change in an old sock, but as I'm getting stronger, I needed more weight, so I tried hay needle and so happy I did! Easy to use! When I am stronger, I will buy the 10 # ones! Thank You Hay Needle!

The product was just as described. I like the fact that they can be used for my ankles or wrists. Allowing the user to adjust the weights is a big plus because I wasn't sure exactly how much weight my bad knees were going to be able to use.
